you should cut it in half and dig out the inside and fry it up with some mince, put it back in and cover with grated cheese and then bake. YUM!
ReplyDeleteIf you want a yummy zucchini bread recipe I have one - just made it the other day in fact. The other good thing to do it fry them with bread crumbs on the outside - yummy. I love zucchini - to bad I am the only one around here.
