Colourful dinner guests

Now that the evenings are so pleasant, we have been having dinner out on the deck. Last night we had this little group of rainbow lorikeets dining along side of us in this palm tree (Queensland umbrella tree). There were 2 more, but they were a little more camera shy, and flew off as I took the photo. I love the birdlife here - lots of colour and personality esp the kookaburra.
